Once we complete our initial phone consultation, please visit my secure client area, where you can register as a new client and find all the forms you’ll need to fill out prior to our initial session. To reduce the amount of paper used, the forms can be filled out electronically. If you like, you can also print copies for your records.

 

In addition, this secure client area is where I communicate with established clients via email regarding scheduling and other practical issues. This portal is fully encrypted, thus protects your confidentiality to the fullest extent possible. My office is located in the Humanly building on Clairmont Road, between Emory University and downtown Decatur. Please park in the lot behind the building and enter up the stairs in the back or through the handicap accessible entry in the front. Have a seat in one of the waiting areas, and I'll come to direct you to my office at the time of your appointment.
