Bringing Baby Home Program for Couples
Prepare yourself for life with your baby and discover how to be the best parenting team possible. As a Certified Gottman Educator, I have extensive training and am qualified to provide the Bringing Baby Home Program for expecting and new parents. In a relaxed and supportive environment, I will teach you how to strengthen your relationship with your partner and foster your baby’s development during this new and challenging time in your life. I will guide you in creating a caring and nurturing atmosphere in your home and help you to develop strategies to cope with conflict in a positive way. This workshop, developed by renowned relationship experts, Drs. John and Julie Gottman, helps to prepare you for the most important and rewarding job you will ever have, raising a child.

I offer the Bringing Baby Home Program in a variety of settings, with varying schedules and duration. If you would like to learn more about this program, which research shows to be highly effective in helping couples maintain connectedness as they transition into parenthood, please visit the Bringing Baby Home website. Psychotherapy Group for Mothers of Young Children

Often, mothers of young children find themselves overwhelmed with the multitude of roles, expectations, and demands they feel they must continually juggle. This therapy group is for women struggling with the depression, guilt, anxiety, or burnout that can often arise in this stage of motherhood. Together, we will explore the journey of mothering young children, provide support and connection for women struggling to find balance while managing the demands of family life, and explore the aspects of family relationships that may contribute to mothering stress.

I co-lead this therapy group with Diane Hilleary, LCSW. Group start dates and session times vary. Please call for current scheduling information and for a pre-group assessment.
